Have books, CD's, or DVD's
that you would like to get rid of?

The Winneshiek County Democrats will hold their annual book sale on Saturday, July 17th at the Lingonberry Room (218 W Water St., Decorah) from 7 am to 2 pm. You can bring books, CDs, and DVDs beginning June 1st, to Blue Heron Knittery (300 West Water St.) during business hours (10:00am - 3:00pm). Please do not bring books at other times or leave books outside. If you are unable to get books there during business hours, please make other arrangements by contacting Donna Rasmussen at 563-735-5602 or email rdrasmussen@mabeltel.coop. 

This is a successful fundraiser for the WinnDems--we seem to always get a good selection of books. (Please no textbooks or encyclopedias.) Volunteers are also needed on Friday, July 16th, to move and sort books for the sale.  If you are able to help with this, please contact Donna. The more the merrier!
